    Thanks, Melvin – this is really a bibliography not a links page so even if the resources no longer exist it’s standard practice to leave the reference as is. That’s the main reason why there is a ‘downloaded ‘ date for each online references.

    That said, if there is a specific resource where the link is no longer correct, you are welcome to identify it.
